Contracted through Course Doctors, Mr. Bud Smith, chief officer of the Wade Hampton Property Owners Association, chose Miller Brothers to handle the installation of +/- 5500 LF of 6” C900 PVC water line in their community in the mountains of western NC. Project entailed running new lines from existing wells to the main storage tank through the development and down to the golf course, connection to the existing storage tank, and an enormous amount of trench rock removal.

An 80 acre formal community on a pristine piece of mountain property with numerous streams and a waterfall. The owners were to be residents of this community and demanded the highest quality of workmanship. Earthwork/Site work consisted of roadway clearing and grubbing, erosion control installation and maintenance, road construction per DOT specs., extensive storm drainage, and water line extensions. We participated in some of the initial site prep for the owners’ residents.
